GINDE NEW – TYPE PVC-U COMPOSITE PIPELINE SYSTEM FOR DRAINAGE
Ginde Company introduces the most advanced technology and equipment from Germany Krauss-Maffei Company, Reimelt Company. We adopt the high quality PVC resin and import processing aids, with a scientific formulation to produce new PVC-U composite drainage pipes and fittings.
Our company owns 36 PVC-U production lines and 100 injection-molding machines to produce fittings. Out products have high quality, various specifications and passed strict inspections. Our products have passed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate. Our products match the Q/JDG.J02.13-2002 and GB/T5836.2-1992 standards respectively.
Features of new-type PVC-U composite pipeline system for drainage
a) Lightweight is very convenient to transport, load and unload. Easy to maintain, lower cost and the density of pipe surface is 0.90~1.20g/cm3.
b) Good chemical resistance, no rust, long lifespan. After several years of using, the inner layer of the general metal gets seriously rusted and rough, larger friction coefficient will reduces the flow capacity.
c) Smooth wall inside of PVC-U pipe reduces the resistance to the fluids, thus increasing the capacity to conduct water with less noise.
d) Strong mechanical strength, super resistance to outer pressure and impact strength, under the normal temperature, PVC-U pipe for drainage can be used inside and outside buildings or buried under ground.
